Popar Toys
combines the 3D technology with the interactivity of
video games. Using this combination they
apply it to digital toys, action figures and books, this technology is
available on Mac platforms, Google Play and mobile applications (Android,
iPhone and iPad. Update! It also works on PCs with built in webcams!!). Imagine taking text and pointing a phone or
iPad on it and having the text transform into whatever description you are
reading!
The 3D books from Popar Toys
combines what parents (education and reading) AND kids want (fun)!
Books with a video game like interactive aspect! Perfect!
There is a whole line of 3D books and the newest augmented reality toy
from Polar Toys is the Princess and Her Pals
book. With this 3D book you can explore
the castle and all the rooms while helping the Princesses gather up all their
belongings to get ready for the Rainbow Ball!
This would be such an amazing gift for any one of my (many nieces) and
I’m sure you can think of a few little ladies who would adore something like
this!
No little princesses in your
family? No worries! There are other options too! Like I said, there is a whole line of games
using this new technology. There’s also Bugs, Construction Machines and
Planets! My son has recently decided
he’d like to drive a crane and work construction when he grows up (and he’s
also like to be the President ‘I can do both, Mom’ J) so I know which one he’d prefer! My ever
inquisitive 11 year old would love the 3D Planet Book! There’s something for everyone.
The Dress to DesignAR
augmented reality game is another new product from Popar. You can check it out on iTunes; it’s FREE! It’s the newest way to play
dress-up and show off your designs dressing your princesses head to toe!
Any of the Popar Toys would
make wonderful gifts for this holiday season and beyond!
Check them out on Facebook (while you’re there let them know you heard about them from LLandLoL!)
Or Follow them on Twitter
(again, let them know @LLifeandLLess sent you!)
