Chooka Mid-Height Rain Boots GIVEAWAY!

Here in Phoenix we rarely get rain BUT there's a good month of what we here call 'monsoon season' and oh would I love some awesome rain boots.  I honestly don't think about rain boots until it's already raining and then the weather heats back up and I forget again.
