Partida Tequila Review

If I had to choose an overall favorite spirit, hands down I'd say tequila.  Margaritas have a special place in my heart and I'm a sucker for a good, smooth tequila after a long week.  I'm sad to say I wasn't familiar with Partida Tequila until recently but I'm so glad I've found this brand!  I got the chance to try Partida Blanco, Partida Reposado and Partida Anejo.

I'm happy to report they were all smooth and went down easy!  Some people don't consider tequila a 'sipping' drink and I agree, if it's not GOOD tequila.  These are all great for sipping but my favorite was Blanco.  It's the least mature of the three and it's a crisp, critrusy taste.  Perfect for a margarita.  Lucky for this margarita lover; Partida has come up with the perfect margaita recipe!

Partida Margarita:
1.5 oz Partida Tquila (Blanco, Repodaso or Anejo)
1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
3/4 oz pure, organic agave nectar
3/4 oz pure spring water

Yum! I can't wait to try this.  The Reposado is aged 6 months and a nice light amber color.  It's got more of a rich flavor. Anejo is aged 18 months and you can taste a depth of flavor.  Usually golden color tequilas have a flavor that is too intense for my pallet, but this was one I enjoyed sipping.  It absolutely changed my mind on aged tequilas!

Partida Tequila is perfect for all those upcoming holiday parties, for mixing (they have some great drink recipes) or sipping!

I recieved this product to review and as always, my opinions are 100% mine.  If you have question regarding this please visit my Diclosure and Policies Tab or contact me.  Thank you!
