I know, y...Have you tried a hula hoop, hoop dance? I know, you're probably thinking the same thing I did, that you can't do that. I promise, you can do that, lol, with a professional adult hoop, not one of the kiddie things from Walmart. I still can't hoop good with the kiddie ones! It strengthens your whole core. There's tons of videos on youtube, teaching you how to hoop and lots of hoop tricks, too. I'm 48 and I've surprised myself. There's even youtube vids teaching you how to make your own hoop, cost you 5 or 6 bucks for the tubing and the connector. If you can't find the vid, I'll be glad to give you the info on how to make a professional 'adult' hoop. I know this may sound idealistic but these are things I need to change for my physical and mental health. I know that if I continue to make small and therefore(hopefully)lasting changes I can achieve this goal. :) I am putting it out there...yikes.
